Unfortunately, USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to COVID-19 during the busiest time of the year. We are shipping our boxes as soon as possible but some regions may still experience delays. It appears that about 75% of our boxes that were shipped days before USPS’ guaranteed delivery date have arrived at their intended destination and some aren’t moving at all in the post office. We are extremely sorry about the inconvenience and have been in contact with USPS daily to get our boxes to their intended destinations. You can read more about the postal service delay here.

We are closely following the safety guidelines from public health organizations, particularly the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), and working hard to ensure our facilities are taking strict preventive measures to minimize any potential spread of the virus.
Yes. The contingency plans we have in place including keeping extra products in stock ensure that our members are able to continue to receive their subscription orders in a timely manner.
We will do our best to deliver your order on time based on the estimated delivery date. At present, our teams are working hard to ensure that all orders arrive on schedule. We will continue to follow applicable government orders based on our locations and respond swiftly to make any needed changes.
Our cancellation policy remains the same: A subscription order or purchase order may not be canceled once it has been created.
We are all in this together at this critical time. We will not take unfair advantage of our customers by price gouging. Our product and shipping prices will remain at the same affordable prices.
